Returns, Exchanges & EU Right of Withdrawal
We want you to love your Bling Jewelz purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the last item in your order is delivered. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at sales@blingjewelz.com or submit a request through your customer account at https://account.blingjewelz.com. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Earrings and grillz (sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)

- Include original receipt or order confirmation
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

How to Return

- We'll provide you correct returns information
- Package items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
