We want you to love your Bling Jewelz purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Include original receipt or order confirmation
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Grillz cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Return

1. Contact us at sales@blingjewelz.com to initiate your return
2. You will need to purchase and attach a return shipping label — customers are responsible for return shipping costs
3. Package items securely and attach the return label
4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
