Bling Jewelz offers the following Returns Policy: Grillz are sold as it is without warranties of any kind. Due to the nature of this product, no returns or exchanges are allowed so please be aware of that prior to ordering. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of these grillz including but not limited to incidental, punitive or accidental damages
Custom Made Items- Due to the nature of Custom made items All Sales Are final on custom made items. If your Custom Made item arrives damaged or customization incorrect please contact us immediately and your item or items will be replace and corrected
 
Refund Policy
 
Please Email us at sales@blingjewelz.com before returning any item, Please include a statement of why you are returning your purchase All Items Returned For refund or exchange , cannot show any signs of wear
 
Refunds cannot be issued on items that have been worn ,Grillz, Custom Created Pendants , Photo Pendants, or any Customized Specialty Items.Custom made items cannot be refunded this is because custom items are specially made for a specific individual and cannot be resold
 
Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been shipped and in transit. Refunds cannot be issued on custom orders. Once your order has been receive please return for a Full Refund. Items purchased must not show any sign of wear for a Full Refund.
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer

Craftsmanship / Warranty Information

The craftsmanship (quality) is guaranteed on all of our jewelry for a period of 30 days.  If you receive a broken item, or any part of your item breaks within the first 30 days, you may send the item back to us for a replacement at no cost to you.  Please be aware that our 30 day craftsmanship warranty only covers manufacturer's defects. It does not cover the following:

  • General wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, nicks, or missing stones
  • Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered
  • Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product)
  • Lost or missing parts
  • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence
